Leipuriopiskelijan kuulumisia Bilbaosta!!



 What can be said about this practice? This is absolutely a valuable experience in the profession and a direct acquaintance with the working culture of another country.  All these people I'm working with right now are absolutely adorable! Funny, friendly, no one speaks English, but they try to explain in Spanish, the most amazing thing is that I understand😀 

In a psychological sense, it is easy and quite comfortable to work. Physically, the work is very hard. If we compare the organization of the workflow with Finland, then it's like two different planets. In Finland, strive to simplify heavy physical labor with the help of technology, for example, taikina machines are installed higher so as not to get tired so much. Here, it seems that ,they specifically complicate what can be done easier. From the beginning to the end of the shift, everyone works without breaks. 


And at the same time, here I get valuable practical experience of baking bread. Every day there are 9-10 varieties of amazing bread and a large number of pieces . Many thanks to the Erasmus program and our Samiedu College for this opportunity. I already miss Finland a little. ❤️
